RESILIENCE RESOURCES
FSU Institute for Trauma and Resilience Studies has curated the evidence-based and research-validated resources included at the links below. The resources comprise a “toolbox” of sorts that you can explore (for free) and use as you see as best suited for you. They explore stress and coping approaches and share a deeper understanding of traumatic experiences and resilient responses that are available to us as human beings. These resources can be used on their own or can be combined with counseling and other helpful services.

  • Anyone in our FSU community can access our open-access online resource, Resilience After Adversity, to learn practical skills and explore strategies for strengthening resilience. (An FSU Certificate of Training is available for those who complete the course.)

  • Printed Journal Copies: Starting next week, students can pick up a printed copy of the Student Resilience Toolkit journal at University Center C, Room 2306, or call 850-644-1715 for assistance.
